It has the light ruby red color typical from Nebbiolo. Excellent harmonic of tastes and tannins, silky and persistent, with hints of rose that make it unique.
Appellation: Barolo D.O.C.G. Bussia.
Grape variety: 100% Nebbiolo.
Production area: Bussia, Tenuta Arnulfo.
Ageing: 18-month refining in big Slavonian oak barrels of 5000 litres, then in the bottle.
Game meats, roasts, aged cheeses.
Cellar life: 15 years.
The Bussia hill is located between “clay – marl soil” and “sandstone – marl” soil.
