Langhe D.O.C. Chardonnay

An international variety in an area, the Bussia, suited to structured reds. Experiment wanted in 1992 by Paolo Sartirano, as if to defy tradition and common sense of the winegrowers those years.

But the result was winning: here is a wine with wraparound exotic sensations of banana, mango and apricot. Intense and persistent, it has a hint of biscuit on very special ending.
